After reserving your items, the vendor shall reach out to get a security deposit, which shall be paid within 72-hours of the vendor reaching out. If no deposit is paid within 72 hours, then all items shall be refunded and put back into inventory. The security deposit is non-refundable if you cancel 7 days before the event. It is refundable after the event and after the business point of contact has received, counted, and inspected all items for damage, cleanliness, and returned to its dropped shape and form. Customer is not responsible for wear and tear.
